| With a new year right around the corner, I think it's a great time for reflection. Let's reflect back on the year that has been and what you've achieved. Because if you don't start that now, you'll end up like so many successful business owners that I know. They worked on Christmas and they'll probably work on New Years, too. Why? Because they're not satisfied with where they are today even though they're out living so many people's dreams. Instead of taking a moment to reflect, they grind harder because they're not close to where they feel they need to be. When it comes to self-reflection, I think of it a bit like swimming in a lake... If you stop for a minute, you can see your reflection on the surface. When the water is still, you see an accurate image reflected back to you. But when you keep paddling? The water makes your reflection look all types of distorted. All this to say, self-reflection is a whole lot easier when you take a moment to yourself and just slow down. And without self-reflection, I honestly don't know how long someone can go until they burn themselves out or completely give up on their dreams. So, let's make each other a promise, yeah? Starting today, let's promise each other to self-reflect at least a couple times a week. What do you say? Happy Holidays, Blake "Self Reflecting" Nubar P.S. Right now I'm reflecting on the achievements of so many partners. What a year! Yeah, so what I did to get my cuz I look no one's born an expert right? Like no one You don't know anything when you first get started anything you're doing right like you know, LeBron James when he first picked up a basketball probably wasn't that good now he's great, right? Because he practices over and over again. So the best piece of advice I can give you is is learning is good, right? Like there's trade offs right? If you if you if you have a lot of time, like just evaluate your situation right. Do you have a lot of time right now and no money like Then Then start researching, start learning, maybe take a course maybe watch some YouTube videos and stuff, right? If you have a lot of money, no time then hire it out. She's kind of have to figure out where you're at right now. Right? Like when I got started, I had no money I was broke is how I had all the time in the world. So I was like, Okay, let me go watch what other people are doing that are just a few years ahead of me. And let me follow what they did at the point where I'm at right now, right? Like, I'm not going to model Russell Brunson right now, because I'm not where he's at. I'm modeling Russell Brunson when he was where I was at, right. So like, if you're out there right now and you're like, Damn, I don't know where to start. I don't have a product. I don't have a service. I don't have a skill sets. That's okay. You don't need any of that stuff. You need to go find people that you want to aspire to be like, and just watch what they're doing. Watch what they're saying. And like start researching them start looking into their campaigns, like what funnels did they go on? What products do they have, what sales copy did they use and start looking at what they're doing and who they're talking to? And you can start forming similar stuff for whatever it is that you want to do. Oh, yeah. So So, a good piece of advice I'm going to give you is you're going to fail your face off, and you gotta, you gotta be willing to fail. Like, I think a lot of people are scared to fail. Like, you know, Mom and Dad, what are they going to think of them? What other friends gonna call losers? You know, are they? Do they want other people to feel to do they want to feel important to other people, when in reality, maybe they're at a point where they're just not where they want to be yet, right? Like, we have all these fears that hold us back from really doing things because we're afraid of what we look like to other people. And I tell people all the time, like you can't worry about that shit. Like you're worried about the wrong things. Like you need to go fail fast, and then keep moving forward. Like Don't worry about I feel every day. I told him this every time. I feel like three times a day and something like I should have said something I made the wrong the wrong decision on something, whatever it is, but like, I let everyone that hates me, all my haters out there, they can worry about my failures. I'm too I'm too busy trying to win. So like, if you're out there and you're you're you're you're you're going to be in points where you're going to face adversity like adversity is the best thing you can ask or because it's what's going to teach you to be stronger and be better at what you're doing. And you just got to know there's going to be times it's going to suck and and you're going to you're going to question what you're doing. You're going to question if you want to keep going, you're going to question if you want to get out of bed in the morning, you just got to realize like a Why do you start in the first place and be welcome adversity with open arms because it's the reason you're going to be able to be so successful in the future. So just get ready to fail. It's okay, you're going to eat shit. It's okay. Just just get up and keep pushing forward and you're going to eventually find a way to find success. |
