Open enrollment begins on Monday Nov. 1 and runs through Dec. 31. Individuals purchasing their health insurance through an employer-sponsored group plan or on the federal marketplace must make elections for 2022 in the coming weeks and months, possibly facing higher premiums as health care costs rise.
