| After 1,471 episodes... Joe Rogan recently made an announcement that shocked the world. Take a look. What seemed like a move out of nowhere... Joe announced he'll be moving his podcast exclusively to Spotify... In a deal reportedly worth $100 million. The interesting part to me? His fans didn't know what to think. A lot of them started calling him a "sell out"... Others praising his business genius. So how did Joe get here? How did he go from Survivor hos... To UFC staple... To having a $100 million podcast. The answer is fairly simple: Consistency. Sure, there's lots of factors that come into play. The guests he interviews... His content distribution strategy... I could go on and on. But after recording 1,471 episodes of The Joe Rogan Experience... The thing that strikes me most is the consistency that Joe publishes... Because I think it's something that most entrepreneurs miss. They're too busy jumping to the hot new social media app... But they forget that people value consistency. They wanna know... Where to be... When to be there... And what they can expect. The lesson out of this? Pick one channel and double down. For me? That's Facebook. It's why I use a simple "Profile Funnel" strategy... Because it's simple... It's scalable...
