Twitter's response came after President Donald Trump tweeted early Friday: "These THUGS are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd," as protests in the wake of Floyd's death boiled over for a third straight night. Trump added in the tweet: "Any difficulty and we will assume control but, when the looting starts, the shooting starts."
