Late payment fee and excess interest

Dear Card Member,


We refer to the Bangladesh Bank's instruction regarding waiver of late payment fee and excess interest during the period from March 15, 2020 to May 31, 2020 considering the situation due to COVID – 19 pandemic.  

 

We would like to assure you that the late payment fee and the excess interest will be reversed in to card account by May 10, 2020. Meanwhile, you are requested to keep paying your credit card bill in order to keep card transaction smooth.

 

Our branches are open to receive your payment. In order to avoid physical presence at the branch payment through Mobile Financial Service (bKash etc.), Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), Card to Card Fund Transfer are available for your convenience.
