Pittsburgh shooting suspect makes his first court appearance after his release from the hospital

  Robert Bowers, the long-haul trucker accused of fatally shooting 11 worshippers at a Pittsburgh synagogue, was assigned a court-appointed lawyer and waived a reading of the charges he faces. Bowers, who was in a wheelchair Monday and is being held without bail, was ordered back for a preliminary hearing Thursday.
