President Trump’s meeting with Rod Rosenstein is moved to next week to discuss whether the deputy attorney general will keep his job

  President Donald Trump and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will meet next week to discuss Trump's concerns about reports that Rosenstein discussed invoking the 25th Amendment last year to seek the president's removal from office, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said. The reports had spurred speculation that Rosenstein would be fired but the urgency for it abated after Trump on Wednesday signaled his support for the deputy attorney general remaining in his post.
