  In a news briefing late Thursday, de Blasio added that additional residents of the building were fighting for their lives with serious injuries. Crews were working in sub-freezing temperatures to extinguish the blaze in the 101-year-old, five-story walk-up apartment building, which is located a block from the Bronx Zoo. Fire Commissioner Daniel Nigro called the fire,
