BREAKING NEWS: Wednesday 29 June 2016
Istanbul's Governor says 28 people are dead after two explosions at main international airport
Twenty eight people have been killed after explosions rocked Istanbul's main international airport, Turkish officials say, in what appears to be the latest in a string of attacks in Turkey's biggest city this year.

Turkey's NTV channel cited Istanbul's Governor as saying 28 people had been killed in a suicide bomb attack at Istanbul Ataturk, Turkey's largest airport and a major transport hub for international travellers.

The Governor was also cited as saying that Turkish authorities believe three suicide bombers were involved. Witnesses also reported hearing gunshots.
